A fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home built for families, small groups, and pet owners who want space, comfort, and amenities that actually stand out. A dedicated game lounge with ping pong and foosball, and a private fenced backyard with a fire pit.
The space: open-concept living centered around a statement waterfall-edge kitchen island, plush reclining sofa, 75-inch smart TV, and sliding door access to the backyard. Wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings (starter logs provided). The private air-conditioned game lounge -- one of the only ones in a Deltona vacation rental -- has ping pong, foosball, a dartboard, and lounge seating.
The primary suite has a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and luxury bidet. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for kids. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and heated anti-fog LED mirrors with adjustable lighting. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and ample counter space.
The backyard is fully fenced with a fire pit, string lights, and outdoor seating. A built-in doggy door connects the home to the yard; dog bowls and protective furniture blankets are provided. Durable tile floors throughout.
