The pool and hot tub are shared with the homeowners (you get a heads-up before they use it; they keep it free during guest stays when possible). The pool has NO child safety gate -- children must be supervised at all times. Hot tub is heated year-round at no charge; pool heating available for $40/day on request. Two driveway parking spots -- park on the left so you don't block the garage. Laundry is in the main house with your own private code, accessible anytime. Pets allowed. Heads-up: a train passes behind the house briefly around midday to early afternoon. Self check-in with keypad code sent before arrival.

Boutique-style guest suite: two bedrooms joined by a Jack & Jill bath, coffee bar, and a screened lanai that's your living space. No full kitchen, that's the point: no fuss, and downtown dining is minutes away. Comfort and charm without the upkeep of a big place.
The space: think boutique hotel suite, not a full house -- a bigger tiny home with hotel-suite comfort. The back bedroom has a full coffee bar (Keurig + pods, creamer, sugar, silicone to-go mugs for the road). Two comfortable bedrooms, fresh linens, private entrance.
The hot tub is heated year-round at no extra charge. Want the pool heated too? $40/day. The screened lanai is your open-air living room, from morning coffee to evening wind-down. Note: the pool has no child safety gate, so children must be supervised at all times.
